Really excited to see so many people I know and love in the camp industry this week at the Tri-State CAMP Conference here in Atlantic City! Of course, I'm primarily here to connect with clients about all the exciting things Campminder is doing to support camps in creating more and better experiences for campers and staff.... AND it feels so authentic and special to me to go back to my roots and get to play a set of music at the The Royce Social Hall at the Trop tomorrow (Tuesday) night for the annual Staff Night Off Party. We’ve seen the demise of many DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) programs at a lot of companies. That news saddens a lot of us and maybe, some of us even feel hopeless about it all. I know I did. But let me tell you that there are also good and great companies that are still continuing great DEI initiatives and creating spaces for folks to share and continue its oh-so-important mission.
