Last Monday, in the midst of CADY+ (our leadership conference held in Clearwater, Florida), I was honored with the Fanatically Passionate Award. If you remember, a few months ago I was nominated for the Celebrate Each Other Award. Little known fact, I thrive on recognition. I thrive on making sure everyone around me feels appreciated, supported and celebrated. This company is more to me than a job. These people are a true family.
