As Programs and Communication Coordinator at BuildGreenCT, she plays a pivotal role in raising awareness of the building sector’s impact on Connecticut’s greenhouse gas emissions. She curates programming, educates members on green building techniques, and helps drive sustainable solutions forward. Kate's journey into sustainability started as a recent college graduate looking for ways to expand her environmental activism—and BuildGreenCT provided the perfect opportunity! Now, she’s stepping into advocacy work, and getting hands-on with policy initiatives through the Advocacy & Equity Committee.
