Inspiring kids to learn, create & achieve 🍎 A platform proven to boost achievement—for schools, homeschools & families.

About us

For over two decades, BrainPOP has been trusted by educators and parents worldwide to provide engaging and impactful learning experiences for all kids. With a presence in over two-thirds of U.S. districts through school and district subscriptions and an estimated annual reach of 25 million students, BrainPOP is empowering kids to take agency over their learning and excel in and out of the classroom. The company was acquired in 2022 by KIRKBI, the family-owned holding and investment company of the LEGO brand, marking a significant milestone as their first acquisition in the digital learning realm. We are thrilled to continue making learning fun and accessible with the strategic guidance and support of KIRKBI.

  • When creating more active learning environments, look for opportunities that encourage students to apply their knowledge–like coding or making their own movies 😉 This will inspire more engagement, interaction, and deeper understanding, so students are no longer memorizing facts but activating their higher-order thinking skills 🧠

  • 4 educator-approved spring cleaning tips to declutter and streamline your day: ✍️ Make a list of tasks to get done around the classroom: Writing down tasks and worries helps organize thoughts and prioritize responsibilities. 🫱🏼🫲🏾 Ask for help from other educators: Seeking assistance and feedback from colleagues can lead to more efficient spaces and stronger professional relationships. 🤩 Ditch perfection and strive for streamlining: Avoid overcomplicating the process. Focus on simplifying your day-to-day tasks to reduce stress. 🔑 Consistency is key: Assign specific places for items in your classroom (and keep them there!) to maintain organization and reduce the need for constant rearrangement. The more you are able to declutter before the school year ends, the better prepared you will be for whatever is around the corner!

  • Happy 26th Birthday to us! 🧡🤖🤍

One year ago today, my team turned our beloved orange robot, Moby, silver for an April Fool's Day joke–which turned into a year-long celebration of incredible brand love, heartwarming storytelling, and just pure joy to be able to lead BrainPOP's first ever cross-functional brand campaign. 🏆 Today, that campaign was named HONOREE for The Webby Awards' Best Community or Fan Engagement - Brand 🏆 Congratulations and thank you for the 1,000th time to Jessica Jalowiec, Jinn Liu, Michelle Brener, Rachel Nevers, Margot Seaton, Mike Watanabe, Sean McBride, Jon Feldman, Demian Johnson, and Harris Goodman.

  • #AI has entered the chat 💬 And when it comes to digital citizenship, AI literacy should be part of YOUR chats. Our newest Digital Citizenship topic, Artificial Intelligence, takes students on a journey to build background knowledge on what AI is and understand the impact AI can have on their daily lives (the good and bad!). Explore our Artificial Intelligence topic for free: https://brnpop.co/4cchsuT

  • As #AI continues to evolve, students today will engage with it more than any generation before them–and they need to be prepared for its potential influence on their lives. Having a basic understanding of how AI works helps students make informed choices when interacting with the technology. 🤖
