We are thrilled to share that Senior Project Manager Michael Martin has received the Master Builder Achievement Award! Awarded by Master Builders of Iowa this accolade recognizes individuals who have made outstanding achievements in the construction industry through innovation and collaboration. Bringing nearly 20 years of diverse construction industry expertise, we are honored to have Michael contributing his skills and leadership to our team—it's talented individuals like him who help guide our projects toward success!

Our work with schools is about more than construction—it’s about creating spaces that bring students, teachers, and the community together. At Papillion La Vista Community Schools Trumble Park Elementary, we had fun engaging with students and talking about the construction at their school in the fall. And to show a small thanks to the amazing school staff for their constant support and flexibility, we provided lunch during their recent in-service day. We’re proud to be part of this chapter at Trumble Park and excited about what’s ahead. Let’s learn and build together!

Last week, we had the privilege of partnering with the Greater Omaha Chamber REACH program to host a Blueprint Reading Workshop, helping equip small and emerging commercial contractors with the skills to confidently interpret construction documents. From understanding plan sets to applying them in real-world projects, participants walked away with practical knowledge to strengthen their businesses and compete for larger opportunities. This class was part of the Omaha REACH 10-week Advanced Construction Industry Certificate course, which provides continued learning to elevate businesses across the metro. We’re excited to continue supporting our community and driving industry growth together!
