Blue Vista Capital Management is pleased to announce the recent closings of two Class A self-storage development projects in Clermont, FL and Ladson, SC. The Clermont development will be a three-story, 657-unit building. It marks the 28th project in a programmatic joint venture with Flagship Companies Group, LLC (FCG) targeting self-storage projects across the state. The Ladson project will be comprised of four single-story, climate-controlled buildings totaling 747 storage units. The closing represents the fourth project in a programmatic joint venture with a Texas based partner targeting self-storage development projects across the United States. Both projects will offer modern storage options and will be managed by a national operator upon completion in 2026. These investments are part of Blue Vista’s value-add investment strategy focused on creating a diversified portfolio of middle market real estate properties. #realestateinvesting #selfstorage #commercialrealestate
