Members of our 2024 corporate mentoring career development program recently helped address food insecurity in Chattanooga. Through partnerships with the Chattanooga Area Food Bank and J.A. Henry Community YMCA, they distributed 8,000 meals to our neighbors in need.

Affordability is the number one issue facing the health care industry. Tackling this issue requires collaboration and coordination across the health care industry, between payers and providers. I recently had the opportunity to participate in a fireside chat with Joanne M. Conroy, MD, President of the American Hospital Association, at the 2025 Women Business Leaders Summit, where we shared our collective commitment and responsibility to working together to make care more affordable and accessible for all. This includes finding ways to leverage AI and other technologies to improve health care outcomes and reduce costs. I appreciated the opportunity to connect with health care leaders from across the country who share a dedication to improving health outcomes.
