Our first Dublin event of the year last week was a great success, as our panellists called the bottom of the office market.
With the commercial real estate pipeline rapidly shrinking, our speakers said that they expected recent deals to represent the start of an upward turn for valuations, with both prime and secondary in the city centre due for stronger returns.
Our retail panel also stressed that the sector is back in favour with investors, fuelled by occupancy demand which has seen space vacated by liquidated retailers quickly absorbed.
With nearly 200 delegates, attendees also enjoyed a session on design and development and some fantastic networking.
A heartfelt thank you to our incredible speakers and partners for helping make this event such a success!
