With venture capital deals in the Philadelphia region declining for the second year in a row, the Philadelphia Business Journal tapped some experts for their funding outlooks. Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania's CEO Scott Nissenbaumm weighed in with his forecast: “I would expect 2025 to be a much better year.
