Today, we're spotlighting Amy, a resident at our Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale community, whose career in real estate title insurance is nothing short of inspiring. 🏡🌟 Amy built her own title research company from the ground up, expanding from a single county in Ohio to operations across three states with 50 employees. Her hard work and leadership led to the successful sale of her company to a Fortune 500 company in 2004. She later retired as First Vice President, reporting directly to the President. A true trailblazer, Amy served as President of the Ohio Land Title Association during its centennial year—only the fifth woman to hold this prestigious role. Celebrating Women’s History Month 🎉 One of the few women in senior housing development when Belmont Village was founded in the late 90s, Patricia Will is now a renowned leader in the field, growing the company to 35 communities across 8 states and in Mexico City, and continuing to push industry boundaries with her drive for innovation. In celebration Women’s History Month, we’re spotlighting Belmont’s most recent collaborations led by fellow female powerhouse leaders. Ana Lopez-Blazquez, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Baptist Health and Patricia led their respective organizations on a first-of-its-kind partnership and opened Belmont Village Coral Gables in 2024 with Baptist Health Primary Care on the ground floor. Along with convenient access to primary care physicians and pharmacy, Baptist Health is integrated in the programs and services the residents receive – from the on-site therapy services and exercise classes to educational seminars and access concierge physicians. Jackie Soffer, Chairman and CEO of Turnberry Associates and Patricia are co-developing Belmont’s newest South Florida community, Belmont Village Aventura set to open in 2026. They are co-developing every aspect together, ensuring that both form and function align seamlessly for an unmatched senior living experience.
