Collaborate with clients and engineers to bring architectural visions to life. Oversee financial performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct high-level technical and quality reviews of drawings, reports, and specifications. 🔹 Client & Business Development: Represent B+AC at design team meetings, both internally and externally. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to drive business growth. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to win new commissions. 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 As an accomplished Senior Associate – Structural Engineering, you bring: ✔ 10+ years of experience with a strong track record in structural engineering. ✔ Chartered Engineer status from a recognized institution/ Municipalities. ✔ Master’s or PhD in Structural Engineering. ✔ Deep understanding of the Indian market, with proven success in leading and delivering projects. ✔ Experience working on international projects (a plus). ✔ Strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen. ✔ A proactive, confident approach to problem-solving and client management. B+AC (having its offices in Boston-US / Mumbai / Hyderabad and Ahmedabad - India) is a full-service structural engineering consulting focused on providing practical engineering services and problem solving for buildings and building type projects. Our ideal team members are self-starters that embrace ambiguity, think big, and bring their own uncompromising standards of excellence. 👉🏻 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:  • Undertake detailed structural engineering design for Indian building projects • Plan and manage CAD documentation of design work. • Create 3D structural analysis models using commercial software, including ETABS, SAFE, etc • Ensure service and project work are carried out within agreed deadlines and within budget.  • Ensure that appropriate service/design decisions are met.  • Ensure senior staff are kept informed of important and relevant service/design decisions and the objectives of the company and the client are achieved. This position will be a part of B+AC’s structural engineering team in Mumbai supporting the projects primarily in India, and on need basis to support US office. A key aspect will be, to work closely with the seniors to ensure the global structural engineering strategies are well aligned across the areas of technical development, project delivery, dissemination and training. ✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:  • Typically, 2-4 years' experience in structural building engineering experience especially on the Indian projects. • Knowledge and understanding of Indian Codes. • Post- graduate in structural Engineering • Proficient in structural design software, such as, SAFE, Etabs, RCDC  • Confident, proactive character, able to take the lead in challenging situation. 🎯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:  • Ideally, the candidate will also have considerable experience working on international projects (US), as well as domestic projects in both seismic and non-seismic zones. • Good experience with BIM tools such as REVIT 🤝 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗩 𝘁𝗼 pillaic@bplusac.com Sameer Shah Balram Chamaria Ronak Shah Meet Shah Faisal Kadiwala Umangkumar Patel Tanmay Raut Madhav Reddy Vidyadhar B.
