    I spent 6 years in SMS marketing—and after reading an early copy of Attentive’s 2025 Personalization Report, I’ve never been more convinced that zero-party data is the missing link. It’s clear: the gap between what consumers want from personalization and what most brands deliver is only getting wider. Here are my key takeaways: 👇 🛍️90% of shoppers want more personalized messages than they currently receive. 🧑💻 Consumers are more willing to share information—when it’s relevant and creates value. ✉️ 📲 58% say they’re more likely to purchase when messaging relevancy is aligned across email and SMS. 🔥 Rich Communication Services (RCS) is going to transform mobile shopping—more visual, more interactive, and more seamless 🤖 AI in SMS/email is unlocking a new layer of real-time personalization, but it still depends on feeding the right data in.
