Here are my key takeaways: 👇 🛍️90% of shoppers want more personalized messages than they currently receive. 🧑💻 Consumers are more willing to share information—when it’s relevant and creates value. ✉️ 📲 58% say they’re more likely to purchase when messaging relevancy is aligned across email and SMS. 🔥 Rich Communication Services (RCS) is going to transform mobile shopping—more visual, more interactive, and more seamless 🤖 AI in SMS/email is unlocking a new layer of real-time personalization, but it still depends on feeding the right data in. The report doesn’t just talk about where marketing is going—it points to what’s holding most brands back. And it starts with how we gather and then activate data across the funnel.
