Updates

  • After conducting extensive (and slightly unconventional) research, we've come to a thrilling conclusion: our Ski Patrol dog uniforms needed a dramatic upgrade. Introducing: - Moonboots that defy snow and logic - Boldness that transcends functionality - Snowball resistant paw pillows Starting next season, we’re piloting the featured uniform below. We’re talking about an unmistakable look—think Terrier meets high-fashion runway, where every step feels like a statement and every moment is Instagram-worthy. (And yes, those moonboots are absolutely happening.) We would love to hear your thoughts about these bold boots.

  • On December 30, the Audi Ajax Cup transforms Little Nell Hill into a thrilling dual GS course where sixteen teams battle it out for the coveted Gorsuch Cup. Beyond the racing, this event represents coming together to support our next generation of snow sports athletes. Last year's event helped raise $2.5 million in financial aid for the Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club's 3,000+ young athletes. Whether you're competing, spectating, or joining the festivities, we hope you'll join us for one of Aspen's most spirited winter traditions.

  • This season, we’re debuting mountaintop art installations to honor each mountain’s unique character, beginning with the mountain we call Ajax. These larger-than-life proclamations of admiration are a nod to each mountain’s personality and our community’s shared love of the ski town magic that makes Aspen Snowmass so special. Long Love Aspen. Long Love Skiing.

  • “Maybe the things we love can motivate us to do more...” Dirt bag, parent, climate researcher, and Aspen One SVP of Sustainability Auden Schendler helped kickstart our sustainability department, one of the industry’s first—26 years ago. His new book “Terrible Beauty: Reckoning with Climate Complicity and Rediscovering Our Soul" is part ski bum memoir, and part climate crisis road map. Grab a copy of Terrible Beauty, out November 26 and read an in-depth Q&A with Schendler to learn more here: https://lnkd.in/gJNsUxmJ
