Thank you, Daniel Hood and Accounting Today, for having me on your podcast to talk about the nuances of adopting an alternative practice structure in an accounting firm. I'm hopeful that the whole profession understands the complexities of what’s involved and takes it seriously, because it makes the industry stronger to have more options and more opportunities. This week Accounting Today recognized Ascend as the #29 accounting firm in the country in 2024. We are proud of that and all credit goes to the entrepreneurial professionals that are rapidly turning our vision into reality. Our goal is to be a top 20 firm with the most engaged employees in an industry we have revitalized. I tell people all the time that revenue is not a scoreboard we care about, but it is an indicative marker of the resonant value proposition we offer to accounting firms and the scale of resources we can bring to bear for them. The scoreboard we actually care about is the enduring engagement and retention of our people and clients. We are playing a long game and people are what it is all about.
