Yesterday, our Home Office team celebrated March Madness with our monthly happy hour, courtesy of our very own Investments Team. Attendees dressed to represented their alma maters, participated in some friendly competition, and completed their brackets. A huge thank you to the Engagement Network’s Morale Committee as well as the Investment Team at Article for an amazing afternoon!

Over the past four weeks, Article was all-in on Make Your Move, our very own wellness challenge focused on movement, mindfulness, and overall well-being. From skii trips to stretch breaks to walking the properties, team members across the country took intentional steps to prioritize their health and motivate one another. A strong team starts with a strong foundation, and we are proud to invest in a culture that values wellness and balance!

Article, in partnership with Barings Real Estate, is proud to announce that we have acquired 5 Twenty Four & 5 Twenty Five Angliana in Lexington, Kentucky.   Located less than half a mile from the University of Kentucky, the 1,060-bed community offers students a well-connected living experience with modern amenities in a prime location. With plans to redesign amenity spaces and unit interiors, this acquisition strengthens Article's commitment to delivering high-quality student housing in top university markets. We look forward to enhancing the existing, positive attributes of the community to meet the evolving needs of today’s students.

Our home office team, along with executive and property management leadership, ended 2024 with a celebration of Article's one-year anniversary! Cheers to 2025, from our team to yours!
