Aries Clean Technologies focuses on the clean conversion of wastewater biosolids using gasification.
About us
Every time a toilet is flushed, rather than sending the solids removed during the wastewater treatment process to a landfill, incinerator, or a farm as fertilizer, we convert it to energy. At Aries, we utilize our proprietary, patented technology to reclaim valuable energy from biosolids, turning a traditional waste product into a sustainable resource. By partnering with wastewater treatment plants, waste haulers, and communities, we provide a cost-effective, local solution that reduces emissions, creates skilled jobs, and helps build healthier communities by destroying per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). As a first mover in sustainable biosolids management, Aries is committed to delivering innovative solutions that make waste less wasteful and contribute to a cleaner, greener future.

As the water sector pushes toward 𝐧𝐞𝐭-𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, one thing is clear—𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡, 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥. Here are some key takeaways from this year’s World Water-Tech Summit: 🔹𝐏𝐅𝐀𝐒 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 & 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧 With 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, utilities are looking to solutions that go beyond measurement and 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐲 𝐏𝐅𝐀𝐒 𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞. Discussions compared the U.S. regulatory approach to PFAS destruction with emerging policies in Europe, emphasizing the need for proven technologies that can handle real-world applications. At Aries, we’ve seen firsthand how gasification can 𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐲 𝐏𝐅𝐀𝐒 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞. 🔹𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫: 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 Many conversations centered around 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐩 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 when it comes to 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. While life-cycle assessments are essential, the biggest challenge is scaling 𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 and navigating the risk vs. reward of implementation. The takeaway? Utilities must work alongside technology providers, policymakers, and investors to drive real impact. 🔹 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐊𝐞𝐲 The 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 provided an engaging space to 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 facing the industry. The need for cross-sector partnerships was a major theme, with discussions highlighting that𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 to integrate circular economy principles into wastewater management. Aries is proud to be part of this 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and to offer a 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥, 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 that reduces emissions, recovers energy, and destroys PFAS. #WorldWaterTech #BiosolidsManagement #WaterInnovation #PFASDestruction #Decarbonization #CircularEconomy #Sustainability
