Their ability to respond to real-time design changes and seamlessly integrate evolving requirements into the construction process resulted in both time and cost savings.” – Cory Roesler, Faith Technologies, Inc.   ARCO National Construction’s Kansas City division recently completed this state-of-the-art 438,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for Faith Technologies (FTI) and developer partner Block Real Estate Services, LLC. The project, located in Olathe, Kansas, marked a major milestone in the development of FTI’s Excellerate® division, which focuses on manufacturing innovative electrical and modular solutions. The new facility is used for the assembly of Excellerate’s modular electrical buildings (MEBs), which are deployed in hyperscale data centers nationwide. As the company’s largest production site, it is designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, efficient electrical and modular solutions in the rapidly expanding data center industry.   As demand for new manufacturing facilities rises, users are facing several key challenges, such as intensified competition for suitable land, power resources, aging infrastructure, and the need for technological upgrades. ARCO’s Pittsburgh division is proud to partner with Chelsea Building Products, Inc. on a new 228,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Westmoreland County. The project will support the company’s manufacturing operations that extrude PVC-based window and door profiles, as well as provide space for blending of compound materials. Once completed, the facility will feature insulated precast construction, 100’x50’ bays in the production areas, 32’ clear height, ten fully equipped dock positions, and a 10,000 amp electrical service. The facility’s design also accommodates a potential future expansion of approximately 170,000 square feet. This is the company’s second facility in Pennsylvania. The site in Westmoreland County was selected due to its strategic location and proximity to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Interstate 70. Located in the growing Scenic Bluff neighborhood of Fort Worth, Texas, the development includes 94 new residential units with a mix of affordable and market-rate apartments. We are thrilled to announce that Fairmont Breakers Long Beach has been awarded a 2025 Preservation Award by the Los Angeles Conservancy, recognizing outstanding achievement in historic preservation. ARCO National Construction partnered with Long Beach-based investment firm Pacific6 to carefully restore key architectural elements, honoring the charm and grandeur of the original Breakers Hotel. Originally designed by Walker & Eisen in 1926, the building’s Spanish Renaissance Revival features made it one of Southern California’s most celebrated destinations, frequented by Hollywood stars. ARCO meticulously preserved and reconstructed significant elements of its historic design, including the intricate plaster and cast stone exterior façade, the ornate ceiling in the grand main lobby, a World War II-era cupola-mounted pillbox, and the arcade hallway. ARCO also reconstructed lost storefronts based on historical photographs and revitalized beautiful arched doorways, columns, and balconies throughout the property. The revitalized property now features 185 luxurious guest rooms and suites, a 4,000-square-foot pool deck, multiple dining venues—including a 4,000-square-foot historic sky room bar and restaurant—and over 9,000 square feet of retail space. Situated at 210 E. Ocean Boulevard, The Breakers is among the oldest and most iconic buildings in Long Beach.
