ARCO recently completed a three-story self-storage facility operated by Extra Space Storage in Savannah, GA. The 91,209 SF project features 655 climate-controlled storage units, a 1,940 SF interior loading dock, and 800 SF of office space. ARCO Murray recently wrapped up a 124,000 SF plastic manufacturing facility addition in Clermont, Florida. The design/build addition provided a 34,000 SF two-story office and 90,000 SF manufacturing space and was constructed with concrete tilt-up wall panels while the existing facility remained fully operational. The facility features a 60-mil PVC roof, infrastructure for future bridge cranes and a future solar system and expanding the existing chilled water system.
