Salt marsh mosquitoes like Aedes taeniorhynchus and Aedes sollicitans aren’t a public health emergency, but they’re a serious nuisance. They hatch off in huge numbers after high tides or rains, and they can fly for miles—biting aggressively at dawn, dusk, and beyond. Our county’s marshes are wild and vast, making mosquito control a true adventure. Want in? We’re hiring seasonal technicians from May 5 to October 31.
