🌟 Reflecting on an incredible time at The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Convention this month in Seattle, Washington! 🌟 👂🏼🗣️ This month, we had the privilege of connecting with audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and speech, language, and hearing specialists at all career stages—prospective students, new grads, and seasoned professionals. As a special education staffing company, events like these hold a special place in our hearts. They remind us why we’re passionate about supporting the speech and hearing field and the incredible individuals dedicated to making a difference. Our team traveled from across the country to collaborate in person and proudly represent Ampersand Therapy. It’s always rewarding to share our mission with others and demonstrate our commitment to empowering specialists who serve students and communities with excellence. We also had the honor of hosting a mixer for our districts and specialists, celebrating the partnerships that make our work possible. With ASHA held in Washington—our founding state—it was especially meaningful to explore Seattle together and connect with some of our longest-standing partners. 🌟 Just returned from an incredible experience at the Colorado Speech-Language and Hearing Association (CSHA) conference with Ampersand Therapy! 🌟 I had an amazing time connecting with talented SLPs and SLPAs, engaging with leaders in the field, and learning about groundbreaking graduate research from current SLP students. As someone who completed my undergraduate degree in Boulder, Colorado, this trip held a special place in my heart. 💖 We made sure to take time to experience sunny Colorado by going hiking in the beautiful aspens. We also enjoyed a happy hour mixer with our specialists in Colorado, where it was so nice to meet people in person with whom we had built such strong relationships. Sharing our educational stories in such a vibrant setting was truly special! A huge shoutout to Erika Menninger and Sabrina Sevilla, who have been guiding lights in the world of Talent Acquisition with Ampersand Therapy. Collaborating in person and spending quality time with such wonderful coworkers made this trip all the more memorable.
