After a few whirlwind weeks, I’ve finally had a chance to reflect on our 2025 Leadership Meeting. A snapshot view of the event: ⭐️more than 400 leaders across ADT gathered in Fort Lauderdale for two days ⭐️ a theme grounded around our BLUE Cultural Markers ⭐️ a jam-packed agenda focused on 2025 priorities, culture, our customer lifecycle, product roadmaps and accountability in action/leadership development ⭐️on-stage product demos and interactive display areas And so much more. But most importantly, one INCREDIBLE team coming together to make this a huge success. We’ve set the bar high and I have no doubt next year will be even better!
