👨👩👧👦 Acclinate Celebrates Take Your Kid to Work Day! 👶💻 We’re proud to create a workplace where family comes first. Today, we celebrate #TakeYourKidtoWorkDay by highlighting the stories, challenges, and joys of being a parent while pursuing purpose-driven work. 💭 Telisha Harrison, MSW: "The phrase 'keeping all of the balls in the air' encapsulates the balancing act of single parenthood and a career. It's not just about juggling work tasks; it's about managing a household, ensuring my child's well-being, and somehow finding time for myself. Working from home allows me to integrate these different aspects of my life more seamlessly." 💭 Bryan Saxon: "Brought my tiny QA tester to work today... So far she has found 3 bugs (in the kitchen), crashed my stand-up (literally), and demanded more features (snacks)." 💭 Sean Wallace: "My thoughts on work-from-home: It's such a gift being able to work from home and have these extra moments with my daughter throughout the day. Even though there are times I miss the uninterrupted quiet I used to have, the chance to step away from my desk and play with her for a bit is wonderful. It's such a great way for me to recharge during the workday." 💭 Torry A. Butler: "Being able to work from home allows me to be flexible with all the different kinds of appointments that come up with having children. Doctors, school pickup and drop off just to name a few." 💭 Lauren Martin Clements: "Working from home as a mom offers a unique kind of flexibility—one where you can hop from Zoom calls to snack duty, from strategy sessions to story time. It’s not always easy, but it’s empowering to create a rhythm that works for both your family and your career. Flexibility isn’t just a perk—it’s a path to balance, presence, and purpose." 💭 Ebony Scott: "Being a first-time mom, it is so important to have the support of my full community in navigating day-to-day life. I recognize the blessing in working in an environment that prioritizes family and mental health. Being a team member of Acclinate has enabled me to continue to prioritize the needs of my daughter while actively contributing to efforts in advancing health equity." 💭 John Forrest, PMP: "Having the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule means that I can navigate inconvenient childcare drop-off and pick-up hours without feeling overwhelmed or like I’m losing significant working time stuck in traffic or in a pickup line." 💭 Leiselle A. Clark: "Working from home is the gift I didn’t know I needed. Without the commute or office distractions, there’s focus and purpose. I’m proving that being a mom and a professional are not mutually exclusive. They can fuel each other and co-exist. Everyday I’m reminded that I’m building something meaningful at work and at home. And maybe, that’s what balance really looks like." To every parent on our team: thank you for bringing your whole self to the work you do and for the beautiful ways you show up for your families.

AI. Automation. Predictive analytics. These are all technologies driving a new digital era. But can they also bridge longstanding health disparities? 🤖💡🌍 At Acclinate, we believe the answer is yes—but only if we lead with people, not just code. In our latest blog by Head of Product, Leiselle A. Clark, we explore how our touch-first, trust-centered approach to innovation is helping make healthcare—and clinical research—more inclusive, impactful, and equitable. 🔍 From building an AI model based on real community data (not outdated assumptions), 🧑🏽🤝🧑🏿 to expanding maternal and fetal health access through culturally relevant design, 💬 to treating technology users as collaborators—not just data points— we’re proving that the future of health equity must be built with communities, not just for them. If you’re a product leader, innovator, or changemaker navigating this evolving digital landscape, this piece offers real strategies for building trust in a time of rapid transformation. Because tech alone doesn’t solve disparities. Trust +Smart Use of Tech + Transparency = Real Change. 🙌🏽 👇🏾 Dive into the full story below and see how we’re scaling human-centered innovation that makes a difference. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/ezpeBUuh #Acclinate #AffectiveTrust #AIForGood #HealthEquity #Innovation

🌍 Just wrapped an inspiring two days at the IncluDE Site Solutions Summit™ in Atlanta—an event laser-focused on advancing diversity and inclusion in clinical research. We heard directly from Pharma leaders affirming their commitment to DEI, and the message was clear: community engagement must be intentional, sustained, and rooted in trust. Key Takeaways from Acclinate's Clinical Research Specialist, Telisha Harrison, MSW: 🗣️ Many sessions emphasized the importance of community engagement before and after studies ⚖️ A powerful breakout—“The Impact of Clinical Research for Social Justice and Health Equity”—highlighted the realities of SDoH and discriminatory practices in research 🏆 Day 2’s Co-Creating Your Roadmap to Community Engagement workshop brought great energy and insights—we even took home the win for our team’s 12-month plan! 💔 A moment that struck a chord: one speaker shared how being asked to remove the words Black and Woman from a proposal made her feel invisible. A powerful reminder of why this work matters. At Acclinate, we believe DEI in clinical research isn’t a side effort—it’s the foundation. We left the summit energized and equipped with new ideas to better support sites and sponsors in building trust and improving health equity. 📅 Want to connect with us at future events? And it starts with showing up, listening deeply, and staying committed for the long haul. 👉 Read the full piece here: https://bit.ly/426o8rc #Acclinate #CommunityEngagement #CulturalCompetency #TrustInHealthcare #HealthEquity #RepresentationMatters
