In my prospective: 1. The best way to get updates would be to setup Teams meeting and discuss out the concerns and lack of updates. The meeting would be ice breaker and help you understand as to why the client is hesitant to share Progress updates. 2. Give confidence to the client that you are here to help and doing the best however the lack of updates may delay the resolution. 3. Continuous follow-up and efficient communication would be the key to get the progress updates. 4. Build rapport.
