Se o cliente sai do "foco" seu objetivo como treinador é colocar ele alinhado no foco e isso depende de muitas questões, pois ele pode ter dificuldades para chegar ao objetivo por várias razões e isso deve sempre ser trabalhado.

Nos meus atendimentos exercito regularmente a vulnerabilidade. Sei que é desafiador, mas ele é a força motriz para alavancar os resultados do coachee. Assim como o coachee pode não enxergar determinadas saídas para eventuais problemas, nós como coaches também temos nossos pontos cegos. E possibilitar o feedback pode ser o que fará você realmente auxiliar o coachee na conquista. Não subestime a força da vulnerabilidade. Use e abuse da vulnerabilidade, é ela que fortalece a relação coach-cliente.
