A new InfoWeb feature for 2007, the program change tools allows students from the faculties of Arts, Science and Social Sciences, and from the Computer Science program (Engineering) to switch to another principal discipline or to add a second discipline to their degree directly through their InfoWeb account.
You can apply for CO-OP after you have registered at the University of Ottawa. Application deadlines and admission requirements for each program vary.

Our records indicate that you will be studying at the University of Ottawa as an international student. As such, you and your family members (if in Canada), must enroll in the mandatory University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP).
The student can verify a variety of online scholarships and bursaries such as Admission Scholarships, in-house scholarships and bursaries, the prestigious Chancellor's Scholarships and Rector's Scholarships. They can also identify the awards that they are eligible to receive.

This function enables students to search for the e-mail addresses of fellow students.
The RL-8 slip is a tax form of the Ministère du Revenu du Québec and is intended for Quebec residents. A credit for full-time post-secondary studies is determined on the basis of the number of sessions that the student started in the year and completed. The amount is to be claimed in the income tax return of the person claiming the student as a dependant (generally the student's father or mother). This amount does not constitute tuition fees.
Education Tax Credit - Used to certify a student's eligibility for the education amount and to show the maximum tuition and education amounts that a student can transfer to a designated individual.
You receive a T4A slip if you obtained awards or bursaries from the University of Ottawa during the fiscal year (even if the funds come from other agencies or organizations). The slips are mailed to you before the end of February. Once the slips have been distributed, the information they contain also appears on InfoWeb.
By connecting to the Virtual Campus you will obtain a personalized list of all your courses with an online component.

This application is designed to send short messages (maximum 35 lines) to all registered students in the classes which have been assigned to you.
This function allows you to view the On-Line Official Evaluation student comments. To display the comments, click on the hyperlink to the course for which you want to view the comments.
This function can be accessed by professors teaching on-line courses. Only the most recent session evaluated can be accessed.

The Process Mapping application contains a graphical representation of various business processes at the University of Ottawa. For each business process; the activities (actions), deliverables (documents), along with the information and control flow between them are diagrammed.

By entering a student number, this function allows designated employees to view data available to students through the online student applications.
This application is designed to send short messages (maximum 35 lines) to all registered students according to the criteria you have selected. In order to coordinate messages which are sent to students, Deans have designated one or two persons per faculty.
