Service Desk Express

Creating Queries using SDE Quickview Wizard

A QuickView query is a request to retrieve information from the BMC Service Desk Express database. You can view a set of predefined queries that are provided out-of-the-box or create specific queries. With QuickViews, you can use the default QuickView queries or your custom queries to select data from single or multiple modules to display the combined results of the query in one view.
