That’s why we’re proud to have led the development of the UKWIR Environmental Destination Framework, in collaboration with APEM Group and HR Wallingford. This vital new resource helps regulators and water users across the UK and Ireland make informed, future-proof decisions. Our work included: 🔹 Extensive stakeholder consultation 🔹 International review of environmental flow management 🔹 A deep dive into current tools and sector gaps Together with the Project Steering Group, we’ve created a framework that brings flow, water quality, habitat and temperature into one place — supporting long-term resilience and biodiversity. 🌱 Find out more about how this research is helping shape sustainable water futures 👉 https://bit.ly/4lluo5L #WaterResources #ClimateResilience #Sustainability

How are we Revitalising London’s Icons? 🏨 For over 150 years, Claridge’s and The Berkeley have been at the heart of London’s luxury hotel scene. When the Maybourne Hotel Group set out to revitalise these iconic properties, they turned to our team to bring together cutting-edge engineering and classic elegance. Our project highlights include: 🏛️ Refurbishment of the Grade II listed Claridge’s, including innovative basement extensions for new spa and pool facilities. 🔧 Expert engineering solutions ensured both hotels remained operational, with minimal guest disruption. 🎨 Creative design strategies expanded luxury spaces while maintaining the integrity of the historic buildings. Alongside The Berkeley, Maybourne’s new all-suite hotel, The Emory, is a standout addition to London’s luxury hotel offerings. Located adjacent to The Berkeley, The Emory is a newly-built property under the Maybourne umbrella. These two iconic hotels stand independently, with their own concepts and operations. From the deep basement extension at Claridge’s to the striking façade of The Emory, our work helped breathe new life into two of London’s most beloved hotels, ensuring they stay at the forefront of luxury hospitality.
