Key Responsibilities 🔹 Development Chief of Staff: Ensure all revenue-generating opportunities are fully leveraged across fundraising campaigns. Oversee and track progress on donor events and fundraising activities. Serve as a strategic thought partner for high-impact donor engagement initiatives. 🔹 Major Gifts Fundraising: Develop and execute a major gifts strategy to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors. Manage relationships with high-net-worth donors and institutional funders. Partner with senior leadership, to advance donor engagement and fundraising goals. Create compelling donor materials, presentations, and impact reports. Plan and execute high-profile fundraising events to enhance donor relationships. Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) to track donor interactions and analyze fundraising performance.
