Two+Two UK

This is a Two+Two UK help appeal. I know, I ask for lots of help with it! Each year we are gifted prizes for the winning teams, but we're a bit light this year and I need at least one more prize, ideally two, pretty please! Ideal prizes are placements / internships for the 4 winners, but I know this is a big ask so other things: Hosting 4 students is a big ask for a small business, so we could split that up - 4 different agencies could each host one student. Taster days - for the group of 4 or again for individual students. Mentorships - mentoring 4 students is too much for one person (I mentored 8 at once for one of the Uni's and 🤪), so we can definitely split them up, according to discipline. Am open to other ideas too, come on you wonderful creative and marketing communities, do your thing! Likes, loves and shares much appreciated. x

Two+Two is back! Thursday 20th March 2025 and we're collaborating with Stockport Council's Climate Action Now team again, this time looking at Food Systems, it's a really cool brief. We're busy allocating Mentor and Networker places and finalising collaborations with industry partners, but if you'd like to find out more about how your company could get involved, we'd love to hear from you. You could be an agency (digital, creative, PR, marketing, media etc), or a brand. Messages have gone out to previous partner Uni's but if you run any marketing or creative based degree course at a Northern Uni and want to get involved for the first time let us know. Earlier this year, we attended the annual Two+Two event organised by Julie Ollerton and her team at Creative Resource. (The team that is also behind School of Thought UK)    The event involved teams of students collaborating to respond to a creative brief by Coinbase, guided by mentors from across our industry. It was a fantastic day and as a prize for one of the winning teams, we welcomed them into the COUCH office to spend two days with the team learning and responding to our very own brief.     Ashley Dlamini, Panayiota Christou, Chris Aschmann, and Grace Southern were amazing, and the team loved working with them. They’re all excited to start their careers in the Creative industries over the next year or so, tagged here, and excited to hear if anyone has any opportunities (so check them out)!!
