Had a fantastic day at GenAI Zürich! Really great connecting, meeting and catching up with everyone, learning so many valuable insights into the AI landscape. Something that became a regular theme throughout this, there is so much passion and innovation going on here in Switzerland and here were some of my main takeaways from this: Chatbot domination was main kingping last year…we’re now seeing a shift toward multi-modal AI agents capable of handling complex workflows. Companies are deploying them at scale, as we saw with deomonstrations yesterday, but challenges remain—especially in maintaining accuracy across multi-step tasks, where a single mistake can cause a cascading effect. Trust remains a key challenge in AI adoption. Simply layering AI on top of existing data infrastructure isn’t enough—organizations need to prioritize robust frameworks to ensure reliability and compliance. A couple of facts about Q1 for our USA operations across the Trinnovo Group | B Corp™: 🥫Have 60+ live requirements across 31 active customers right now 🥫Have hired for 11 customers, working on retained partnerships with 3 Not without some hard work and dedication, our USA teams are in growth mode and with the current customer base and pipeline, SODA are looking to hire a hands-on billing Director to lead a team of 3 initially and grow to a team of 8 by the end of 2025. The group currently has 8 highly talented recruiters in the USA market and this will be 20+ by end of 2025. With our hyper-focus across Financial Services & AI, collaborating with Broadgate and DeepRec.ai, SODA have a fantastic opportunity ahead of them.
