  • Does your brand strategy really unlock pathway barriers to treatment? In our latest blog, we discuss our unique pathway-centric approach to overcome barriers which prevent therapies from achieving the full potential impact. Global pharma brand strategies tend to focus on elevating product benefits and differentiators but this is often in isolation of solving the underlying pathway challenges which really drive clinical decision-making. TCC Health's pathway-centric approach uniquely sets brand strategies apart through: Turbocharged pathway insights: We use a multi-layered lens to understand pathway-related perceptions and behaviours, through to connectivity across the pathway through tools and interactions and the wider operational context Novel methodologies: Powered by Design+ Thinking, we leverage our proprietary framework and specialist skills to create insights that reflect and solve real-world challenges Rapid translation into action: We strive relentlessly to turn insights into rapid action across our clients' organisations, equipping teams at all levels to engage with stakeholders in a differentiated way If you’re ready to explore how a pathway-centric approach can transform your brand strategy, let’s start the conversation today. • Traditional insight programmes are not delivering enough value to launch products. And more market research is not the answer. Launch excellence in pharma demands rapid insights, cross-team collaboration and effective decision-making. But long lead times and massive budgets are not always conducive to making this happen. We just completed a fantastic insights sprint with a client team who were looking to quickly transfer early launch learnings to the next wave of countries. In just 6-weeks, the team conducted 20 interviews, reviewed 40 insight documents and using our pathway-focused framework, we pulled together a robust analysis and set of strategic recommendations. We received incredible feedback from the client team and importantly, the country leads who are always under huge pressure to maximise the potential of medicines in a launch environment. A few reflections from the team on why this project was a success: 🤝 Client collaboration: Our partnership with the client team was the cornerstone of this project, using innovation tools and methods to connect our thinking, iterate quickly and enrich our analysis 👁️🗨️ Pathway perspective: Going beyond the product attributes and messages was critical to consider the HCP experience in the context of their environment, developing a more nuanced understand of behaviour, interactions and the wider system 🗣️ Simple, human-centred communication: Translating insights into sharp, effective and simple communication enabled country and field teams to activate quickly Insights can work harder and faster and activities should meet the needs of the brand wherever it is in its launch cycle. Looking to try something different when it comes to insights? We'd love to hear from you! #pharmastrategy #launchexcellence #insights #analysis #launchinsights #insightsprints #innovation

  • Can healthcare systems afford to overlook the massive impact of the women’s health gap? Ahead of International Women's Day, at TCC Health, we're using the opportunity to highlight the growing gap between men and women when it comes to health outcomes. A new Blueprint to Close the Women’s Health Gap report from the World Economic Forum shows that women globally spend 25% more of their lives in poor health than men—leading to an estimated $1 trillion in economic losses each year by 2040. Nine key conditions drive a third of this gap: ischaemic heart disease, cervical cancer, breast cancer, maternal hypertensive disorders, post-partum haemorrhage, menopause, PMS, migraine, and endometriosis. Taken together, they reduce both women’s lifespans and their day-to-day quality of life, ultimately holding back entire communities and economies. The report proposes five concrete actions to close this gap: 🔢 Count Women: Improve data collection and tracking (e.g., registries) to understand the true scale of women’s health challenges. 🔬 Study Women: Increase research funding and conduct trials that publish sex-disaggregated data, particularly for female-specific conditions. 🫴 Care for Women: Update clinical practice guidelines and educate providers on how women’s biology affects diagnosis and treatment. 👭 Include All Women: Address inequities so that all women—regardless of geography, race, or income—receive appropriate care. 💲 Invest in Women: Funnel more resources into women’s health from the public, private, and social sectors to boost outcomes and economic growth. The impact of failing to close this gap is enormous to women, society and economies. How should the pharmaceutical industry play an active role in addressing these actions? #Womenshealth #Healthcareinnovation #Healthequity #TCCHealth #WEFInsights

  • Innovation in immunology: how can we transfer learnings from autoimmune conditions to unlock advances in care across multiple therapy areas? Today's news is just one example of the immense volume of research and innovation in immunology. The past few years has seen an acceleration in cutting-edge research fuelling new therapies in immunology and expanding into more disease areas, including respiratory, oncology and rare disease. At TCC Health, we have extensive experience across a wide range of immunology and inflammatory conditions across therapeutic classes and modalities. Yet, while these cutting-edge treatments open new possibilities, they also introduce additional diagnostic and monitoring challenges. Healthcare professionals need robust care pathways to help them identify, diagnose, and manage patients who can benefit from these innovative therapies. How do you see these advances in immunology shaping patient care and clinical practice? Share your thoughts in the comments, or reach out to learn how TCC Health can help navigate the evolving landscape of immune-mediated treatments. #immunemediatedpathways #pathwaytransformation #autoimmune #respiratory #raredisease #oncology #pharmastrategy https://lnkd.in/ePuUuCMd

  • Today is Rare Disease Day – a time that highlights the significant strides made in improving healthcare, but also pushes us to reflect on how pathway challenges remain critical in many disease areas. Challenges with diagnostic tools, connection to care, monitoring are but a few affecting rare diseases. It's why taking a pathway-centric approach to creating programmes that support patient access is so critical. #rarediseaseday #pathwaycentric #healthinnovation

  • Are your workshops delivering real impact—or just more slides? At TCC Health, we believe successful facilitation starts with a human-centered mindset. Last week, we hosted two workshops: one focused on translating global insights to local delivery, and another that brought clinical and patient communities together with industry to pilot a new pathway initiative. Here are our top three reflections on running effective workshops: 🧑 Start With the Human Factor Putting people at the centre ensures that discussions are relevant, empathetic, and ultimately more impactful. 🪜 Layer Complexity with Clarity An experienced, analytical lens helps uncover nuanced insights—but these must be communicated in a straightforward, actionable way. 🗣️ Give Communication Equal Priority Often, time is spent on gathering data but not enough on how it’s shared. Ensuring your messages truly land is critical for driving change. What’s your biggest challenge when it comes to effective workshop facilitation? Share your thoughts below or get in touch to learn more about our approach. #brandstrategy #pathwaytransformation #workshops #pharmastrategy #facilitation
