Earlier this year we introduced our Giving Something Back Committee, a chance for our colleagues to support the charities they have voted for and make a difference to our local community. Coventry & Warwickshire Children’s Charity (The CWCC) relaunched with their new identity a few weeks ago and our Giving Something Back Committee Chair Ruby Maxfield was there to support on behalf of our team 👇 “Since our colleagues voted to support Coventry and Warwickshire's Children's Charity, it's been inspiring to witness the remarkable progress they've made. Attending the brand launch event at CBS Arena last month was a true pleasure, showcasing their new brand and vision. We are excited about the future and the impactful work we can achieve together.” #WhereProgressHappens #OneMTC #Community
Coventry & Warwickshire Children’s Charity (CWCC) relaunches today with a new look, but the same commitment to deliver on its mission of ‘rebuilding childhoods’ 💜 Since 1995, CWCC has raised more than £3.1 million to support work with vulnerable children across the region. Now, the charity is relaunching with an expanded committee, new brand and enhanced fundraising plans to further its initiatives to support children who have survived sexual abuse, neglect, and mistreatment. Committee members and supporters joined together at Coventry Building Society Arena to mark the start of the charity’s new era. Hamilton Bland, who has chaired the charity’s event committee for the last 18 years, said: “We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved previously, but our focus is now firmly on the future. Work is full steam ahead now with six months to go until the return of our charity ball, which is one of the biggest outside London, and will be crucial in raising the funds we need to deliver support for children throughout Coventry and Warwickshire.” Read the full press release here: https://bit.ly/4bUEian If you’re an individual or business who would like to attend the Bright Future’s ball to support the children of the region, go to: https://bit.ly/4kTigsy Committee members include: Muff Murfin, David Roberts, Steve Norris, Ian Harnett, Ruby Maxfield, Jan Patalong, Nicola O'Shaughnessy, Paul Nicholson, Paul Michael, Mary Mills, Angelo Luciano, April Wickens, Joe Elliott Supporters include: EVTEC Group, MTC - Manufacturing Technology Centre and WHS Plastics LTD Partners include: Emmerson Press, Coventry Building Society Arena and PO'Sh Creative
