About us
TCS have a wealth of experience in the Construction Industry, established in 2004 with of an anticipated turnover this year of £28M and have been working on commercial and residential projects Nationwide ever since. We are experienced in all aspects of floor screeding and underfloor heating, also with the ability to provide floor and wall tiling and soft floor finishes. We offer a full range of screeds including the fully Warranted Isocrete K Screed System and Various types of Self Levelling and Flowing Screeds. We are fully insured (Employers Liability, Public / Products Liability and PI insurances) and all underfloor pipe and manifolds offered are certified by BBA cert. no 14/5087, with Polybutylene pipe guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 50 years. TCS Screeding are SSIP CHAS, SMAS and Constructionline accredited and an audited member of the Achilles Building Confidence (Level 5) scheme, as well as part of the Considerate Contractors Scheme. Health and safety is paramount and as such all of our work force hold the applicable CSCS card, supervisors and managers hold SSSTS and SMSTS and directors IOSH managing safely. Training does not stop there, we also have various other training – First Aid, Pump Operative, Abrasive Wheel, BPEC, NVQ and Confined space to name a few. Our QMS is ISO9001 accredited and we also have a registered EMS. The tools and plant we utilise is the newest and most efficient on the market. We have servicing and conformance certification for all of our tools and plant.

A project completed by TCS in Autumn of 2024. 83 floors total over 2 blocks, all batched and pumped in house utilizing our Bremat Holland B.V. plant minimizing vehicle movements & wastage . A unique first of its kind pumping solution developed to get the project complete at these heights, we will go for 70 floors up next! As well as great support from LKAB Minerals and the project team at Canary Wharf Contractors. A collective team effort from all involved to get this project completed ahead of schedule at a fast pace without hiccup.
