One week ago, we gathered by the Cornish coast… 🌿   Partnering with Good Company and THE PIG Hotel | B Corp, B Corps at the Beach brought together like-minded businesses with a shared passion for sustainability, innovation and positive change.   From inspiring conversations at The PIG at Harlyn Bay to a behind-the-scenes look at our candle factory, where nature inspires everything we do. It was a celebration of what it truly means to be a B Corp. We shared stories, explored ideas for a more sustainable future and even got hands-on with a candle-making masterclass.   At St Eval, being a B Corp is more than a certification, it’s a way of life. It’s about treading lightly, working in harmony with nature and crafting with care.   A heartfelt thank you to all the incredible B Corps who made the journey to Cornwall and to everyone driving change in their own unique way. In celebration of B Corp Month, on the 25th and 26th March, we’re bringing 50 changemakers together for a two-day retreat at Harlyn Bay, swapping city life for the wild beauty of the Cornish coast. It’s a moment to connect, collaborate, and spark meaningful conversations in an inspiring setting. With thought-provoking panels, hands-on workshops, and an extraordinary supper club experience, this retreat is all about fostering purpose-driven leadership and community. At St Eval, we are passionate about protecting the nature around us. As part of our rewilding efforts, today some of our team took part in the The Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust Big Farmland Bird Count - an important initiative that helps track the health of bird populations across the UK’s countryside. Armed with binoculars and a love for nature, our team recorded some amazing species today - from Wood Pigeons and Sparrows to Corn Buntings. Understanding how these birds are thriving is key to ensuring we provide the right habitats for them to flourish. By rewilding the land around us, we hope to play our part in creating a space where birds, pollinators, and other wildlife can thrive.
