Are you up to date on changing fire regulations? 🔥 It's been a year since the new Building Safety Regulator came into effect. Whilst the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) recently confirmed to us that only 7 newbuild projects have been approved, making sure you're aware of not only what the current regulations are, but how you can meet them and even exceed them, is crucial. The BSR came into effect on April 6th 2024, meaning we have seen an increased focus on regulation around construction competency and an enforcement on proving competency.
