Roofing Advisors UK Ltd are delighted to announce the promotion of our Ryan Campbell from Site Manager to Maintenance Manager.   Ryan will now have direct responsibility for managing our maintenance services on behalf of several Property Factors, Housing Associations and Commercial clients, as well as continuing to grow our Small Works offering alongside our Operations Manager Antony McDermott.   This is another key development within our strategy. Continuing with our current recruitment drive and growth plans, Roofing Advisors UK Ltd are recruiting for a new 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿/𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿. With a solid pipeline of tender enquiries, frameworks, and repeat business, we are seeking an individual to join our team to lead our estimating department, and is a key senior appointment as part of our development strategy. You will be responsible for tenders of varying size and roofing techniques and will require a strong technical knowledge and understanding. As part of our external fabric tenemental refurbishment project, we recently hosted a live demonstration at our Wilton Street, Glasgow project, in partnership with Glasgow City Heritage Trust. We had a fantastic turnout, and it was great to see everyone getting involved in the Roof Slating and Traditional Leadwork display. A big thank you to NFRC for providing the training rigs for the day, and also to our Site Operatives and Apprentice who undertook the presentations. We appreciate everyone who attended and look forward to hosting more events like this in the future. Due to continued growth in our Contracts division, we are currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. With multiple successful tender awards in recent years, we are currently expanding our capabilities and services. This role will support our delivery team in planning, coordinating, and delivering roofing and building fabric projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Roofing Advisors UK Ltd were delighted to take part in this week’s ‘Open Doors Flat Roofing Event’, organised by the CITB National Construction College. Our Managing Director, Danny Graham, and Project Manager, Ally Timms, had the opportunity to meet over 60 young people, providing hands-on demonstrations of Flat Roofing Skills and Techniques.
