Mind the gap! Could your company be 'flying blind' on climate risks? That's the question AWE International journalist Elise D. Solberg put to our SVP, Model Development and Analytics, Dr Scott Kelly, to better understand how to transform data into a competitive edge when aligning sustainability with the business strategy. https://lnkd.in/eZuUvxKk #climaterisk #sustainability #sustainabilityintelligence #profitablesustainability

We spent a productive few days at the North American Sustainability and Responsibility Summit (#NASRS25) in Denver CO, last week. Climate change is still top of the agenda for many business and state-level climate-and-nature-related regulations continue to move ahead, despite federal uncertainty, which is great to see. Nature-related risk, impacting packaging materials, is starting to have financial consequences in the US - the first state Extended Producer Responsibility (#EPR) Fees for packaging is taking effect in Oregon July 2025 and Colorado Jan 2026. Huge emphasis was also placed on the necessity of cross-industry and cross-sector partnerships to address climate-and-nature-related challenges. What were your key takeaways?
