We'll be at the Nature Finance Forum in Paris next week! Looking forward to an agenda focused on nature, particularly scaling landscape-level investment and mobilising different types of finance as landscapes develop; as well as the road to CoP30 - and beyond.

It's a real insight into the work they do to build trust and open dialogue between all parties to make this landscape programme such a success.

Celebrating Proforest's 25th anniversary, Alejandro Gil, Director of the cocoa procurement and agricultural development process at Compañía Nacional de Chocolates S.A.S, shared how the company strives to mitigate the social and environmental impacts of its supply chain. To achieve this, they have worked closely with Proforest to develop strategies that ensure responsible cocoa production.   For them, Proforest is a key partner, not only for its expertise in regulatory frameworks but also for its holistic vision that takes into account ecosystems, landscapes, and society as a whole. We share and will continue contributing to Compañía Nacional de Chocolates' vision of creating value and development for the cocoa sector in Colombia.   The Africa Sustainable Commodities Initiative (ASCI) brings ten countries in West and Central Africa together, committed to principles of responsible production of agricultural commodities. After the #ASCI won the Collective Social Innovators category of the 2025 #Schwab awards, participating countries are meeting in Accra to share lessons and discuss opportunities for this platform.
