This week, Prime's team teed off for a fantastic evening of friendly competition and laughter at Mulligans in Worcester. 🏌️♂️ The 12-hole neon crazy golf session brought out our best swings (and plenty of ‘interesting’ ones too!). It was all in good fun, but there can only be one champion… and this time, the crown goes to Guy Kippen, who navigated the quirky course with skill and precision to claim victory. 🏆 Post-game, the team relaxed and refuelled with some well-deserved hot dogs, capping off a event that celebrated camaraderie and a touch of (mini) athleticism. At Prime, we’re proud of our vibrant sports and social scene, which brings colleagues together and strengthens our sense of community. From light-hearted activities to thrilling competitions, there’s always something to look forward to. Learn more about our values 👉 https://lnkd.in/eWbSYKcu #TeamPrime #WorkLifeBalance #CrazyGolfFun

We have purchased the C Block of County Hall in Taunton to redevelop the 4,600 square metre building into new key worker accommodation for the town. We chose this site because of its proximity to Musgrove Park Hospital, which aims to provide convenient housing for key workers. We are in discussions with Somerset NHS Foundation Trust about offering purpose-designed homes for their staff. We will next be making an application to Somerset Council's planning department for a change of use for the building to key worker accommodation. If successful, it will then begin design work and invite the local community to take part in the development at public drop-in sessions. Read more about the project here: https://lnkd.in/ez9w6kNn There will be more to come, so keep your eyes peeled! #Taunton #Somerset #KeyWorker #Housing #CommunityDevelopment #SustainableLiving #NHS

The BBC's coverage of Washwood Heath Community Diagnostic Centre highlights a transformative model for the future of healthcare in England. At Prime, we are thrilled to have been instrumental in bringing this pioneering vision to life - creating a space where collaboration and innovation meet to deliver exceptional care. The centre stands as a beacon of neighbourhood healthcare, integrating hospital doctors, GPs, nurses, social care teams, mental health professionals, and charity staff under one roof. Its holistic approach tackles not only physical health but also the underlying social challenges that impact wellbeing, such as housing issues and daily living support. As Health Secretary Wes Streeting pointed out, Washwood Heath exemplifies the possibilities of partnership working to address complex needs while easing pressure on hospitals. This community-focused model aligns with national research showing that £100 spent on community care can save £31 in hospital costs - a vital step toward a more cost-effective and patient-centered NHS. At Prime, we take pride in creating environments that empower healthcare providers to deliver innovative solutions. Washwood Heath serves as a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we combine resources, expertise, and a shared vision for healthier communities. Today, our team came together to support Myeloma UK, one of our chosen charities for 2025. We baked delicious cakes and donned our vibrant pink and orange clothes to show solidarity. This cause is especially close to our hearts as one of our friends and colleagues is currently undergoing treatment for Myeloma, and we're sending all our love and support. We're thrilled to announce that we've raised an incredible £1,330 so far! Thank you to everyone who contributed and made this event a success.
