We are celebrating reaching Financial Close on a key worker housing project in Truro. This significant milestone marks our commitment to addressing the critical housing shortage for key workers at Royal Cornwall Hospital. The new development on Tresawls Road will provide 89 beds across 22 units of purpose-built residential accommodation, all within walking distance of the hospital. This project is a testament to our dedication to supporting NHS staff and enhancing community wellbeing.
