Ever tried discussing sex on a first date?........No......Me neither. In all seriousness, I had a fascinating chat with Jae Hopkins earlier this week about how Explore Worldwide take a psychographic approach to building relationships with holiday makers aged between 30-70, segmenting based on mindset not age. The insight from this clip really made me smile because it's a lovely human example about the assumptions we might make as marketers when trying to engage customers in different life stages.
