Farewell to Tammy Halter! We are pleased to celebrate the remarkable career of Tammy Halter, Pennant’s Director of Technology & Innovation, as she embarks on her well-deserved retirement. Tammy joined the Pennant family when Absolute Data Group (ADG) was acquired by Pennant in 2020. ADG, founded in 1997 by Tammy and her husband Michael Halter, is where the innovative ‘R4i’ technical documentation software that provides users with a dynamic, S1000D-compliant solution was born, alongside its supporting maintenance and consultancy services. In 1987, prior to the start of ADG, Tammy spent time in the Royal Australian Navy as an Air Avionics Technician, following a family tradition of five generations in the military. In 1988, Tammy received her “birdy” badge with a “C” rate on this specific model, with other impressive career highlights such as completing 1500ft static line jumps and in 1991, receiving a Captain’s Commendation during a personnel shortage - a wonderful recognition for Tammy, who at the time not only carried out her technical duties but also the workload of two other roles. Since joining Pennant, Tammy has been a familiar face at S1000D and IPS User Forum events and a key webinar presenter for the Group. One of her significant achievements was developing the vision for the integrated IPS software suite, now known as Auxilium. Her visionary leadership and innovative approach have been instrumental in driving Pennant’s software strategy. As Tammy steps aside, the Auxilium system support software suite has an exciting future with James St George, Chief Product Officer, at the helm. To mark this milestone, we released the latest updates yesterday. Keep an eye on our channels for more. Tammy said: “Although it is a point in time and the end to an era for me personally, it is not the end for the team, the products or the Pennant business. With the benefit of both a mature and experienced team and product offering, combined with the next generation of people bringing a more integrated suite of products to market, I am looking forward to watching Pennants continued growth.” Philip Walker, Pennant CEO said “As Tammy retires, we extend her our heartfelt gratitude for her dedication, leadership, and passion. Thank you, Tammy, for everything you have done for Pennant and for our customers. We wish you all the best in your retirement!”

📢 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐮𝐱𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲. This new release provides the complete integration of GenS and Analyzer to our Auxilium data Repository, to deliver a holistic support analysis toolset. We are confident in saying we are the only IPS software vendor to provide this fully integrated capability. With seamless integration between our supportability engineering GenS tool, and our system support modelling and analysis software Analyzer tool, these updates are designed to 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠. Manage complex and mission-critical systems by identifying, defining, analysing, and quantifying through-life support requirements, providing you with the business intelligence you need. ❗ A further highlight in this update is the new Business Intelligence Dashboards for managers and decision makers. These fully user-definable displays present your data in ways that simplify decision-making. Analysts can easily delve into the dashboard to populate supportability data sets and explore alternatives for trade-off and sensitivity analyses. All data and dashboard refreshes are driven by defining operational and support scenarios. The Auxilium suite concept was first introduced to the market in 2024 with the first release of GenS and combines over 30 years of industry-leading software solutions. The entire Auxilium suite is connected to a single Auxilium Repository, with a new and consistent backend technology stack (MS SQL). Our Business Development Director Mark Willis MSc CEng FRAeS, has published his thoughts in our latest article 'Digital Support in the Digital Engineering Space'. ..."support accounts for approximately 80% of through life cost. Ergo, the capital cost of the bright shiny pointy thing was about 20%. We are all concerned about how much use we get out of our equipment and how much it costs us to use it. When the system breaks down…and it does…how much does it cost to get it back in service quickly. In the final analysis, how do I keep the system in the hands of the User at an optimal cost"... ..."as we develop this discipline called Digital Engineering let’s not forget that we need to address Digital Support – support is where there is most scope for through life cost reductions." 👉 Read Mark's article here: https://lnkd.in/ec9dPMRp And if you want to know how Pennant can help you maximize operational efficiency email 📧 sales@pennantplc.com #MaximizeOperationalEfficiency

At Pennant, we understand the challenge of converting legacy data, and have a team of experts and software tools that can convert your data with ease. Our service offering includes: ◼ Production of functional, secure IETPs (Interactive Electronic Technical Publications) or PDFs if preferred. ◼ Media integration to enhance IETPs ◼ Data alignment to reduce content redundancy and re-use of data through applicability. ◼ Creation of a manageable data set using Common Information Repositories (CIRs) – parts, tools, warnings and cautions. ◼ Secure storage of data inside a common source database (CSDB). ◼ Alignment to S1000D, an international specification for technical publications.
