I'm in Ghana 🇬🇭 this week attending my first Board meeting as a Director at the Mojaloop Foundation. It's one of the best uses of open source I know of. An open source payment system enabling the unbanked to be banked, it empowers people here in Africa. The convening in Ghana has been a huge learning for me this week and this role leverages both my past experience as a lawyer working on digital payments in emerging markets, as well as my open source knowledge.
