We were thrilled to welcome Peter Burke, Ireland's Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, to officially open our new offices in Dublin earlier today. The Minister was greeted at the firm's stunning new premises at Fitzwilliam No.28 by Mark Walsh, Head of Ireland at Addleshaw Goddard and the firm's Senior Partner Aster Crawshaw, alongside James Farrell from IDA Ireland. Since AG entered Dublin in 2022, we have recorded 45% growth in revenue in Ireland and increased headcount by over 20% with 154 staff currently based at our new home. We are now one of the largest international law firms in Ireland the new office will enable us to accelerate our growth, with capacity for more than 200 people across a 27,722 sq. ft. footprint – a 42% increase on our base for 28 years, Temple Chambers on Burlington Road. Designed by the internationally acclaimed Grafton Architects and O’Mahony Pike Architects, we have taken a 14-year lease for the entire second floor along with a portion of the first floor of the modern, near zero energy building. Formally launching our Sports Sector in London – Head of Sports Polly Sprenger ensured that raising funds for Charity Boots was top of the batting order for the evening and a spectacular collection of sporting memorabilia was auctioned off, thanks to expert auctioneer Helena Brown.
