What a finale. 🎓✨ Day 3 of Module 3, and the final day of the Newton Fellowship (NVPxLBS04). It was a powerful close to an incredible journey with our fourth Newton Fellowship cohort. Today, we explored Value Creation, Co-Investment strategies, and real-world fund building, alongside an inspiring panel session featuring Sarah Drinkwater (Common Magic) and Rupa Ganatra Popat (Arāya Ventures), expertly moderated by Prof. Florin V. of London Business School. But perhaps most moving of all was the “Fellows’ Vision” presentations. Insightful, bold, and future-focused: proof that this cohort will shape the future of venture capital. To our Newton Fellows: thank you, and congratulations! The impact you’ll continue to make across the ecosystem will be nothing short of extraordinary. With gratitude to our partners Phoenix Court, London Business School, and HSBC Innovation Banking for believing in the power of collective intelligence and for helping us build a global benchmark in venture capital education. Day 2 of Module 3 of the Newton Fellowship (NVPxLBS04) brought the heat 🔥, and not just from the crisp spring sunshine. We kicked off with a deep dive into Fundraising & Fund Due Diligence with the brilliant Professor Florin V. at London Business School. From strategy to scrutiny, our Fellows engaged with sharpened insight on how funds come to life and how LPs make their decisions. That flowed perfectly into a powerhouse LP panel with Annie Hamill and Savitri T., who pulled back the curtain on what Limited Partners are really looking for in today’s market. The insights were raw, honest, and incredibly valuable. But we didn’t stop there… As the sun set, our Fellows were whisked off for a surprise visit to the iconic Battersea Power Station; an unforgettable experience that blended history, views, and connection. The evening wrapped with great food, even better company, and the kind of meaningful conversations that only Newton can spark. Another day of learning, growing, and building the global VC network of tomorrow.

We Kicked off Day 1 of Module 3 of the Newton Fellowship(NVP x LBS04) at London Business School yesterday! From deep dives into Investor Relations & Communications with Rebekah Kasumu to hands-on work designing exit strategies, our Newton Fellows were immersed in real-world venture insights. Vandana Subramanian (Antler) & Guy Avshalom (gunnercooke) shared invaluable lessons on keeping cap tables clean from day one (for exits), and legal considerations, while Konstantin Koenig pushed the cohort to think creatively about exit solutions. The evening brought even more inspiration with a Meet the Leader session featuring Sitar Teli, co-founder of Connect Ventures, who shared her view on the obsession with (vibe Investing), the critical role of product-market fit, and what truly sets great investors apart. Of course, no Newton day is complete without networking and dinner—fueling the conversations that shape the future of venture capital. And this is just the beginning. Day 2, is already further challenging the Newton Fellows for good.
