This includes a 30-minute interview with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your experience, current situation, motivations, and the specifics of the role, followed by a CoderPad online assessment with timed machine learning and coding questions of increasing complexity. 🔍 At ICLR, candidates that pass their initial assessment will move to a role assessment. We'll hold a series of 45-minute interviews to further explore your technical skills and experience. You’ll have a coding and algorithms interview (we value your thought process as much as your final code!); an ML debugging scenario interview; an ML scenario interview; and a hiring manager interview to explore your technical knowledge, strengths, and skills.
