🌟 Key takeaways: Women in the Boardroom – Accelerate Action 🌟   Last week, we attended the Insurance Insider and EY joint event, "Women in the Boardroom – Accelerate Action".    The event opened up discussions on the representation of women on boards and pathways to get there. The discussions were incredibly insightful, focusing on essential skills and strategies for women in leadership.   Thank you to all the speakers and organisers for an inspiring event which was excellently moderated by Rachel Dalton.   Let's continue to talk about creating pathways and providing support to empower women in leadership positions.
