This time, #UPFs did not come out well. A new update by a major health body has reiterated its position that #ultraprocessedfoods are linked to negative health outcomes. There is nuance here. Processed red meat and sweetened drinks specifically are what the update links to adverse health outcomes. Vegetarian #meatalterantives it does not.

The US's '#LiberationDay' is finally here, with #tariffs implemented on a wide range of countries and 20% tariffs expected for the EU. To put it bluntly, European food and drink is not happy. Affected industries such as #wine (CEEV - Comité Vins) #beer (The Brewers of Europe) and #cheese (European Dairy Association) have responded to the latest wave of tariffs.
