Across UK manufacturing, up to 90% of emissions data from third parties can be incomplete or inconsistent. With only 4% of green hydrogen projects reaching the final investment decision stage, developers struggle to estimate cost and predict performance—making it difficult to attract investment and drive widespread adoption of hydrogen as an energy solution. 👚 The fashion industry accounts for 10% of global carbon emissions. The sector is faced with dual pressures of customers prioritising sustainable products and global regulatory compliance. We supported leading UK retailer New Look and SME Looper Tech to explore decarbonisation through the practical application of deep tech within textile operations and the lifecycle of a garment.
