When you measure tech and AI adoption, do you focus on… ❓Number of learners enrolled? ❓% of Course completion? ❓Number of new tools rolled out? Let’s be honest, those numbers aren’t telling you the whole story. True AI adoption isn’t about how many modules are completed or how many dashboards are opened. It’s about something far more meaningful: ✅ Have people changed how they make decisions? ✅ Have teams shifted their ways of working to be more data-driven? ✅ Are data-driven decisions becoming the norm, not the exception? 🚀 The life of a start-up can be hectic but it’s great to reflect on our growth and successes. On Wednesday, we attended an event hosted by one of our wonderful investors Haatch. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the journey we’re on, scaling fast, building strong internal processes, and constantly striving for more. Greg Freeman and Ben Stewart were both on panels discussing key drivers of business growth and development: top-of-funnel strategies and management of long enterprise sales cycles. 👊 Shoutout to Ben Stewart for his first public speaking gig. He smashed it out the park and delivered great insights into what effective SDR leadership really looks like.
